It was a busy day today but I still feel somewhat hyper… I like feeling this way though. I can get a lot of things done. I have not been able to just sit and watch TV or anything recently. Oh well.. I am like a hamster on a wheel. 🙂
My morning ritual Day 35
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I got to eat healthy and warm breakfast. I am grateful for the train being on time this morning. I am grateful that I woke up early enough to prepare all the meals for today.
2)Write down one positive experience that occurred the past 24 hours as detail as possible. The illuminated autumn leaves were incredible. When they lit them up, it took my breath away. I could not help but say” OH MY GOD!” It was such a magical and truely beautiful. I was so overwhelmed by the beaty of the nature. I really appreciate that.
3)Exercise for 15 minutes or more 30 minutes swim
4) Meditation 10 minutes with my eyes closed.
5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude
Dear, the person who shared the morning ritual over the internet. I am so glad that I have decided to practice this ritual. First, it was not easy but now it is so natural to do it every day. I can see some diffrence in me. Being grateful was not my thing but now I am getting the hang of it. Thank you so much!!

5:30wake up/ drink soy latte
7:00 Ready for shopping and spa in Kariya
8:00 Breakfast/ miso soup, egg, fresh steamed rice
11:00 Snack / egg and cheese Englsih muffin, an orange
12-14:30 swim and spa
15:00 Lunch/ tuna salad, bean and rice
19:00 Dinner/ chicken, vegies, Hijiki ( sea sweed) and persimmon
I could not sleep well last night because my legs were bothering me due to too much walk the previous day. I made sure to loosen and heat them up today. Hope I can sleep well tonight.
