November 22nd 2016 adding a new challenge

Again, I woke up many times during the night. My body doesnt want to get rest. I kept moving around all day long… but still not tired..

By the way, generocity is not my strong suit. I wish I was generous but I cant help but think if I were, people would take advantage of me. I know there is a saying that you get what you give. I guess I dont know what I am missing… I decided to do a small thing every day to see how it goes. When I started this morning ritual, I didn’t beieve it would do anything to me. It won’t hurt anything if I tried. 🙂

My morning ritual Day 36

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful to my doctor for saying that I should not try so hard. I am grateful that I let my body rest since I decided not to run this morning. I am grateful that I could just made it the bus today.

2)Today was so warm, like a spring day. I got to eat my lunch outside with my husband. It was a really nice day.

3)Exercise for 15 minutes or more    30 minutes pilates

4) Meditation   10 minutes with my eyes closed.

5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude

Dear Jeff, I should email to you soon, right?? anyways thanks to you, I got to learn painting. I havent done in a while but I am thinking to brush it off. Hope you are happy with your family.

6) Cleaned his stuff that he was supposed to. ( he hasnt noticed yet, but that is the point)

How my day is going

5:00wake up/ drink soy latte

7:00 Pilates 30minutes

8:00 Breakfast/ sausage eggs, mix vegies rice pinapples

12:00 Lunch / Sushi and a small cake

12:30-14:30   shopping

19:00 Dinner/ chicken, salad, Hijiki ( sea sweed), miso soup and persimmon

21:30 Snack/ mix nuts

22:30 went to bed
