November 23rd 2016/ Working on being generous

I catch myself how to be generous all day long. Which is so werid. It is so new to me. I could not sleep last night again. But I took a power nap so I am feeling fine.

My morning ritual Day 37

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I enjoyed running even though I didnt have much sleep. I am grateful for having a lot of time relaxing at home. I am grateful thatI enjoy my meal since I am a good cook.

2) positive experice within 24 hours.  The fact that I came up with the idea of practicing being generous. I feel like I am a diffrent person now. I act and react diffrent way.

3)Exercise for 15 minutes or more    30 minutes run for 5 km

4) Meditation   2 minutes with the audio.

5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude

Dear the stuff at the store today. Thank you for being so helpful. I like stuff like you, always smiling and willing to help. You are so good at what you do. You make the shopping so plesant.

6) I bough him something he really wanted but he wasnt going to since he could not afford it.

How my day is going

5:00wake up/ drink soy latte

6:00 run for 30 minutes

8:00 Breakfast/ sausage eggs, mix vegies rice miso soup

9-11:00 Teach

11:30 Lunch / Okonomiyaki, onigitri and egg salad

12:30  took a power nap for 30 minutes

2:00 went for a walk

 2:30  Snack / Soy milk tea

18:00 Dinner/ Pork with Tofu, baked vegies, and persimmon

21:30 Snack/ some peanuts
