November 26th 2016/ Finishing off my weekly and monthly goals

Today is the due day of my weekly goal. I have been working on this Kana workbook ( which teaches you how to write Kana neatly) but it has been taking way too long than I had anticipated. Also my monthly goals, I still have 3 runs and 2 yoga left. I will do my best to complete those no matter what!!

Here is my practice today

My morning ritual Day 40

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I didn’t have to wait at all at the doctor’s office yesterday. I am grateful that I enjoyed shopping. I am grateful that I have a great self-disciplined.

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours.   I don’t like shopping… the stores are always crowded and full of people. I happened to notice that they were having “Black Friday Sale” and I could nab the sneakers I wanted. There were so many people but it didn’t bother me at all. I was so focus on the shopping. It was fun actually. 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes or more    4.5 km for 30 minutes. 2 more runs for this month!

4) Meditation   I did 6 minutes with meditation audio

5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude

Dear, the stuff at the doctor’s office. You were so helpful and professional. I like all the stuff there. It makes my visit easier and more pleasant. Thank you for your help.

6)Do one small thing for generosity .  Not yet , update later today ( I want to do something for others, not for my husband for a change)  I gave wild birds some food. 🙂

How my day is going

4:00 wake up/ Soy latte

6:00  Preworkout snack/ yogurt

7:00  run

9:00 teach

10:00 Breakfast/ rice, tofu, miso soup vegies and eggs

12-15   Worked on my Kana workbook in the park

15:30 teach

17:30 Dinner/ chicken, tofu, pumpkin, salad, apples

19:30 Worked the rest of the Kana book


Oh my god… my right hand hurts!! hahah but I feel great though… some kind of accamplishment. 🙂 It was a lot of fun actually. I was suprised how determined I was to finish. I didnt even think about giving up. Good job Nami!! 🙂
