Finishing the workbook was the toughest goal so far. But I got a lot of benefits from this experience.
1 Being able to empty my mind…..My head always has a train of thoughs. In some ways that was therapeutic and like meditation.
2 Noticing to keep a good posture
3 Being able to write better …. Whenever I handwrite, I pay more attention to the detail. It doesn’t like like written by me anymore.
4 Woking on self-disciplined… I wanted to finish for nothing but myself. I feel accamplishment and I am proud of myself.
Here is my practice today
My morning ritual Day 41
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I feel like I am becoming a positive person more and more. I am grateful that I enjoyed my challenge. I am grateful that I am organized so I can get a lot of things done.
2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. I had such a lovely and perfect autumn day at the park yesterday. I was there for over 3 hours alone . The park was not crowded. I heard all the birds and occasinal wind. I like being in the nature.
3)Exercise for 15 minutes or more I did 30 minutes 4.5 km run in the rain!!
4) Meditation I did 6 minutes with meditation audio
5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude
Dear, the costemer center stuff. Thank you for working on my requests. Now the issue is sloved. I really appreciate for your help.
6)Do one small thing for generosity . Not yet , update later today 🙂 I helped my hubby’s chores. 🙂
How my day is going
4:30 wake up/ Soy latte
7:00 Preworkout snack/ yogurt
8:30 run for 30 munities
9:30 Breakfast/ Tofu, egg, sausages, rice, salad
10:00 30 minutes power nap
11:00 went shopping
13:30 Lunch/ chicken sandwich at McDonald
Dinner / Tofu , vegies and eggs, fish, some fruits
