I just read my monthly report of November goals again. I cannot help but feel how meaningful for me to have goals. I feel self-worth when I accomplish something. 🙂 Writing this journal in the morning is my favorite time of the day. ..
Here is todays my morning ritual.
My morning ritual Day 45
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I was able to finish my goals in November. I am grateful to my friend for driving us around yesterday. I am grateful that I could stop myself from complaining to the delivery guy who came late.
2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. When I was hanging out with my friend, we were driving around the old neighborhood where I grew up. It has changed a lot but I saw some stores were still there. It is nice once in a while to see where I came from and appreciate what I have now.
3)Exercise for 15 minutes or more Yoga / headstand practice and 30 minutes swim
4) Meditation I did 10 minutes loving kindness meditation with audio
5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude

You were so attentive. You came to our table many times to make sure the water was filled. All the employees were so professional as well. I loved my caramel pancakes!! I really appreciate your work . Thank you!! 🙂
6)Do one small thing for generosity . I paid hubby’s locker room at the pool
How my day is going
4:30 wake up/ Soy latte
7:00 headstand practice
9:00 Breakfast/ rice tofu egg and vegies
10:30 went to the museaum
11:30 Preworkout snack/ PB and banana
12-14:00 swim and sauna
14:30 Lunch/ Tuna salad, boiled egg and rice ball
19:00 Dinner/ Meat, vegies and brocorries
