My monthly goals in November/ Finial Report

It was tougher than I had expected. I really needed to rush to finish some of them at the last minute, but this experience taught me to stick with something once I decided. Over all, I was able to complete them all!! I even did some more than I had planned. I would say I can call it successful. 🙂

My daily goals

Write the journal and do the morning ritual

Eat healthy 80%. Don’t eat when feeling upset or overeat.

Take my meds

I do daily goals pretty well. 🙂 Especially emotional eating. I used to binge on sweet or bad food all the time. I try to notice what kind of state of mind when I eat. If something is wrong, I try to wait until I am relaxed. When I started my morning ritual, I didn’t do it the first thing in the morning at the beginning. It makes a huge difference. Doing this in the morning gives me a good start for the day.

My weekly goals

By 5th  set up a journal site/ Done

By 12th Finish reading the book/ Did 11th

By 19th set up a fitness blogs site/Started the 15th using this website

By26th Finish my Kana workbook/ Done on the 26th

The last one was the toughest. My right hand got so tired but I felt great satisfaction!

Monthly goals ( Entertaining)

3 movies  “the room”6th  “my fat Greek wedding2”  20th  “Inside out” 29th

3 restaurants Sushi 8th, Curry 16th, Sushi 29th, Chinese 30th   I did one extra! 🙂

1 book    11th

I have a tendency to put off entertaining. I rushed off seeing Inside out. I am glad I saw this one. It cried my eyes out.

Monthly goals (Excercise)

10 days 5k run  /5th , 8th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th, 23rd,26th, 27th, 29th

7 days Yoga  / 1st, 6th, 10th, 15th, 24th, 28, 30th

5 days Pilates or Abs / 3rd, 7th, 9th, 13th, 20th, 22nd  I did one extra! 🙂

3 days Swim / 4nd, 10th, 17th, 21st  I did one extra! 🙂

I did both Yoga and Swim on the 10th. 

I thought I was in a good pace but I needed to run a lot at the last minute to complete the task. But It reminded me how much I enjoy running.
