I have been getting new furniture and decollations to make this place nicer and more comfortable. It is not easy for me to feel a place like a home but the first time I saw this place, I knew I would love it. I usually like not having a lot of stuff but I want to make this place a bit more characteristic . It has been getting better and better each time I work on it. 🙂 I still have a few items delivered but once everything is in place, this place will look fantastic! Cannot wait to spend this holiday season in this apartment. 🙂
Here is todays my morning ritual.
My morning ritual Day 46
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I was able to use a lane by myself a whole time at the pool yesterday. I am grateful that I really enjoy sauna. I am grateful that I am good at organizing.
2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. I just love sauna! I didn’t used to when I was younger. Yesterday, I was there enjoying the heat going through all of my body. It made my body circulation better. I felt like all the bad thing in my body was melting away..I even fell asleep.. It was a perfect way to spend a cold day!
3)Exercise for 15 minutes or more Ran 30 munites in the morning and 40 minutes yoga in the evening
4) Meditation I did 6 minutes with audio
5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude

6)Do one small thing for generosity . I donated some to Florida Parrot Rescue

4:00 Got up/ Soy latte
6:30 Preworkout snack/ banana
8:30 Breakfast/ Tofu miso soup, egg and vegies, rice and some apple
10:00 30 minutes power nap
11-13:00 Enjoying the sun and nature in the park
13:00 Lunch at the park/ rice and sweet potato, chicken salad
17:30 Dinner/ Egg, meat and vegetables
