Since I started to become a generous person, I tend to search how to give during a day. I found an animal website that I can be a part of donating some food to rescued animals by just clicking a bottom. I make a habit to do it every morning. Along writing this journal, it is a great way to start a day for me. 🙂
Here is todays my morning ritual.
My morning ritual Day 47
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I was able to sleep for a decent amount of hours. I am grateful that it is going to be a perfect weather this weekend to be outside. I am grateful to myself for putting an effort to become a positive person.
2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. I got to be out in the park with my hubby yesterday. We spread a picnic mat and enjoyed the sun. We talked about the trips we wanted to take and ate lunch and all. There were hardly anybody. It was a quiet and peaceful time. I just love being in the nature. 🙂
3)Exercise for 15 minutes I ran for an hour!!!!
4) Meditation I did 6 minutes with audio
5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude

You were so attentive and professional. We needed to go back and forth by phone regarding our trip. You called and emailed me each time as you promised. Everything went to smoothly. It was such a pleasant business with you! Thank you!
6)Do one small thing for generosity . I did his cleaning for him.
How my day is going
4:30 Got up/ Soy latte
6:30 Preworkout snack/ yogurt and banana
7-8:00 Run for an hour
8:30 Breakfast/ rice, egg and vegies, tofu
12:30 Lunch/ Oyster, salad, rice, apples
13-15:30 Staying outside enjoying the sun
17:00 dinner/ vegies, meat , tofu
20:00 snack/ some peanuts
