I don’t like summer… I am not good with heat. Especially after living in FL for 6 years, I am so done with it. I am so glad that I won’t have to worry for a half a year at least. 🙂
Fall is definitely my favorite season but December is my favorite month! My B-day is coming up in a week. Along that, we have Christmas and New Years Eve and all, there are so many holidays in December. I am not particularly a holiday person but my B-day is always special. I like that number 12/12! I have so many plans for this month. I am super excited!!
Tomorrow will be hitting the 5oth day of this ritual. I cannot believe it! How time fries!

My morning ritual Day 49
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I have a lot of plans that excite me . I am grateful to my husband for ordering my B-day presents yesterday. I am grateful what I have in my life.
2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. When I was taking a stroll in the shrine, I saw winter cherry blossoms. I love cherry blossoms! Of course their season is spring but this kind bloom flowers in winter. They are so delicate looking and pretty. I could look at them for a while…
3)Exercise for 15 minutes I did 30 minutes Pilates.
4) Meditation I did 20minutes body scan meditation with audio
5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude
Dear, my American mom Judy,
We have lost in touch but I wont never forget about you. If I had not met you, I would not be even speaking English. The experience of staying at your house has changed my world. English is a big part of my life. I really appreciate what you have done for me. Hope you are doing well and happy!
6)Do one small thing for generosity . I did some of hubby’s chores.. 🙂
