December 6th/ The 50th day of the morning ritual

I cannot believe that I have been praciting this morning ritual for 50days. It has become so natural to me. I intend to do for the rest of my life as long as the circumstance allows. 🙂

Here is todays my morning ritual

My morning ritual Day 50

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I got to enjoy an unseasonably warm day yesterday. I am grateful I could see a lot of beatiful flowers in December. I am grateful that I am getting the hang of thinking positively

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. It was such a warm nice day to be out yesterday. Me and my hubby spend for a few hours in the park. We walked in the beatiful Japanese garden looking at the red Momiji trees. We spred a picnic mat and had sandwiches and took a short nap. What a perfect way to spend a day! 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes  did 30 minutes kickboxing today

4) Meditation   I did 16minutes gratitude meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude

Dear, the stuff at the convenience store

You were so nice and attentive. You got a wonderful smile. 🙂 I felt so nice to see such a nice stuff at a convenience store. I hope you enjoy your job. I really appreciate your servis!

6)Do one small thing for generosity .  I recycled a lot of papers 🙂

How my day is going

4:00 Got up/ Soy latte

6:00 Preworkoutsnack/ yogurt

7:00 kick boxing

9:00 Breakfast/ Rice, tofu miso soup, egg, bacons and vegies

10:00 power nap

11:30 went to the museum

13:00 Lunch/ Banana and PB sandwich

17:00 Dinner/ Chicken, Daikon salad, egg plant, egg and fruits
