I have been buying tons of stuff both at the store and over the internet for the past few weeks. I got 4 packages yesterday! I didn’t like shopping before, but now I can see why people love shopping. 🙂 I am not a compulsive shopper though. I consider things and price a lot before buying. I just love treating myself with something nice. It used to take a lot of time for me to decide whether I buy or not… then I would end up not getting anything. That was so frastrating! I am way more decisive now. I will still have some stuff on my list. I will be hunting them soon!
My morning ritual Day 53
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I got a burst of enery with a little sleep. I am grateful that I can spend a lot of time with my hubby since his work has been slow lately. I am grateful that I am motivated to do many things.
2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. I had an opportunity to go to a park again yesterday. 🙂 It is so amazing that I can still enjoy being outside in December! Me and my hubby were sitting together in a bench, soaking up the sun light reading books. I felt asleep for a few minutes… It was such a nice peaceful afternoon.
3)Exercise for 15 minutes Ran for 30 minutes , 3 miles
4) Meditation I did 15 minutes meditation with audio
5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude

All you guys were so friendly, attentive and professional. Most of all, I really really appreciate that you were punctual! Thank you so much!
6)Do one small thing for generosity .I held an elevetor for a lady who was taking a lot of time to get in. I could have ignored her and just left but I decided to wait for her.
How my day is going
4:00 Got up/ Soy latte
6:30 pre workout snack/ yogrut and granola
8:30 Breakfast/ Rice, egg, vegies and meat
9:30 power nap
13:00 Lunch/PB and banana sandwiches
13:30-15:00 did some writing in the park
15:30 snack/ popcorn
18:00 dinner/ Sashimi, vegies, tofu and fruits
