I had a doctor’s appointment yesterday. I told him that I hadn’t been able to sleep well. He suggested that I take the same medicine differently and it worked last night! Sleep does a lot for me. I got a decent sleep last night and now I have a full of energy!
My morning ritual Day 55
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I was able to get 7 hours sleep. I am grateful that he hours are less today so we can spend a whole afternoon together. I am grateful I am enjoying my life!
2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. I had such a pleasant visit at the doctor’s office. I didn’t have to wait that much at all. All stuff were so attentive and professional. I just like my doctor. He is so considerate. 🙂
3)Exercise for 15 minutes Ran for 3 miles 32 minutes
4) Meditation I did 6 minutes meditation with audio
5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude
I love classical music especially yours. Yours are so soothing and I feel so relaxed when I listen . Your music has a healing power for me. Thank you so much for sharing your talent with the world!
6)Do one small thing for generosity I donated at the super market

4:00 Got up/ Soy latte
6:00 Pre-workout snack/ banana
9:30 Breakfast/ Rice, vegies, beef, miso soup and egg
11:00 went shopping
14:00 PB sandwich
17:30 Dinner/ Spicy stew
