I found this note from my husband when I got up. It is very sweet of him! We are going to a place called “little world” to celebrate my B-day. It is more like a small version of Epcot. There are over 15 countries pavilions. I am super exited to eat interesting food as well as to try out its country’s traditional clothes! The weather is supposed to be good today. Before going to the theme park, we are stopping by a big shrine to make wishes. It is going to be a super fun day today! 🙂
My morning ritual Day 56
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I have someone who will celebrate my B-day with. I am grateful for what I have in my life. I am grateful I am able to think more and more positively.
2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. I used to feel anxiety whenever I went to a crowded place. Yesterday, me and my hubby went to a store to do some shopping. I usually shied away from the store since it got full of stuff and is always crowded. I felt uncomfortable a bit first but I didn’t feel bad like before. I think my medication is really helping me. It really makes my life easier! I am really happy that I was ok in the circumstance.🙂
3)Exercise for 15 minutes Did 30 minutes Pilates
4) Meditation I did 16 minutes gratitude meditation with audio
5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude
I really appreciate that you have been sticking with me for such a long time. You have seen my worst but still you are always by my side no matter how I am. I really appreciate your patience. Hope we will have a long years ahead of us together! Love you!!
6)Do one small thing for generosity Took over some of his chores.

4:00 Got up/ Soy latte
7:00 Breakfast/ Vegies, egg salad, tofu and meat, rice and fruits( Big breakfast!!)
8:00 Left for Inuyama
9:00 Went to a temple
10:00-16:00 Enjoyed the theme park called little world
11:30 Lunch/ Rice and Vegies at Korean restaurant
15:00 Snack/ Deep fried bread
19:00 Tofu and vegie soup
