December 16th / Windy city

It has been so clear but super windy recently. It even gets typhoon level for a second! I most fell because the wind kept pushing from behind. 🙂 It doesn’t discourage enough me to stay outside!

My morning ritual Day 59

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful to him for getting all chore done yesterday. I am grateful that it will be another clear day today. I am grateful that I have been more decisive recently.

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. I was in the park writing and reading for over 2 hours. It was almost empty. All I heard was some birds. The wind was super strong but the sun was so nice. I get energy from the sun so I need to be out as much as possible. I got charged up some yesterday.  🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes  did 20 minutes yoga in the morning and swam in the afternoon.

4) Meditation   I did 6 minutes meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude

Dear my high school teacher Ms.Yoko

If you hadn’t been my teacher, I could have dropped out. You had helped me get though the toughest time . I felt like you really cared about me. I had never felt that way from my parents. I hope you are still a teacher helping students the way you did for me. Thank you so much.

6)Do one small thing for generosity  I shared some food with hubby. 🙂

How is my day going

4:30 Got up/ Soy latte

6:00 Yoga

7:30  Breakfast/ miso soup, rice, eggs and bacon

11:30 Preworkout snack/ Chicken and cheese english muffin sandwich

12:00-14:30   swam, enjoyed jacuzzi and sauna

15:00 Lunch/ Rice ball, tuna salad

19:30 Dinner/vegies, egg, pork and fruits
