  1. Oh my gosh. I was going to recommend magnesium but it might interfere with chemo. How about a massage? Your husband or a professional should know how to do that very gently or as needed, pushing upward from ankle to knee. I hope you feel better! God bless you. They can be so horribly painful. I’m so sorry you’re having this.

  2. Drink more water? I would get leg cramps often when I was younger, it was due to dehydration. From medlineplus:

    “The most common cause of muscle cramps during sports activity is not getting enough fluids. Often, drinking water will ease the cramping. However, water alone does not always help. Salt tablets or sports drinks, which also replenish lost minerals, can be helpful.”

    I know it’s not as intense as exercising but moving still counts as an activity.
