It has been so warm for December and seems like I could enjoy it a few more days. 🙂 It is such a nice break!
My morning ritual Day 63
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I could finish the book this morning. I am grateful to hubby for being so helpful about setting up the new business . I am grateful that I feel rested and energized.
2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. It was a perfect day to take a stroll and a nap at the park yesterday. I just love the park. It has so many trails to walk and there are so many flowers. Me and hubby spent a half a day realxing and walking. It was such a nice day… 🙂
3)Exercise for 15 minutes Ran 3miles
4) Meditation I did 6 minutes meditation with audio
5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude

You were really helpful yesterday. We could not slove the problem on the spot but you figured out later and called me back as you had promised. Thank you so much for your help! 🙂
6)Do one small thing for generosity Helped him with some chore.

7:30 Ran for 30 minutes
10:00 Breakfast/ Miso soup, egg and vegies
11:00 Took a power nap
11:30 went shopping
13:30 Lunch/ at Mcdonald
18:00 Dinner/ Chichen, adocado salad, egg, brocorries, fruits
