December 21st/ I got a bike!

I got a bike finally! It was delivered yestetday. It is a white folding one. I bet it would make my life easier! I am so excited like a kid who got a bike for Christams. 🙂

My morning ritual Day 64

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I will have another day to spend time with hubby. I am grateful for having so much energy with a little sleep . I am grateful that being positve has been more and more natural to me.

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours.I had a sandwich at Mcdonald called” Gurakoro” It got a  cremy croqutte, some cabbege and special sauce to complete. It was so delish! The bans are diffrent from the regular ones. These are way softer and sweeter taste to it. The croqutte itself was so creamy with some shimp and macaronis inside.  I enjoyed every bite of it. 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes           Did 30 minutes Pilates

4) Meditation                                I did 11 minutes loveing kindness meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude

  3. I know! I had one in America but this one is the first one since I got back to Japan. I could walk and use transpotations but having a bike will expand my territory more. 🙂
