My weekly and monthly goals in January

For this month, I made them a bit easier because I don’t want to be obsessed with just getting things done. The whole purpose is I like to feel some kind of accomplishment. I don’t want to make it as a race. I want to enjoy the path not the result. 🙂

My weekly goals in January

By 1th  Finish the book

By 8th Make one donation

By 15th Finish total body yoga series 1-4

By22nd 5 pages of writing practice  

by 29th  Finish another book

January monthly goals

5 times 5k or 30 minutes runs

10 times doing yoga ( including the series)

5 times pilates or ab exercise

Once 1km or 30 minutes swim ( the pool will be closed most of the time in January)

3 kickboxing

3 movies

3 restaurants

finish one book
