December 22nd/ Feeling weak

It seems like having a lack of sleep finally took a toll on my body. I could have gone out to do some stuff outside today but I will be inside relaxing today. Especially it will be rainy.. that gives me more reasons to stay home. I hope I can relax espesically my brain.. it has trains of thoughts 24/7! It makes me nuts…

My morning ritual Day 65

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I have a whole day to relax at home today. I am grateful for not having to go out in the rain . I am grateful to my body for letting me know when I am not feeling well.

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. me and hubby had so much snack yesterday. One of them is pork buns. They are definitely winter treat. The buns are steamy, soft and some sweet taste to it. It got juicy pork thingy inside. Nothing could beat it!! I needed to skip dinner since I was not hungry.  🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes           Did 35 minutes kickboxing

4) Meditation                                I did 6 minutes meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude

Dear, my apartment ( I thought why not writing a letter to a non exist thing.)

I love this place. When I saw here the first time, I knew I would love it. There aren’t many places I feel like home but this is one of the rare ones. I love the location, so convenient. It is on the 13th floor so the veiw is spectacular!! Thank you for letting me live here.🙂

6)Do one small thing for generosity          I donanted some money to Flrida rescue parrot

How is my day going

4:30 Got up/ Soy latte

6:00 pre workout snack/ Yogurt

7:00 Kickboxing

8:00 Breakfast/ rice, miso soup, egg and tofu

10:00 30 minutes power nap

11-13:00  Did a lot of chores around the house

13:30 Lunch/ Pumpkin croqutte, salad, boiled egg and apples

14:30-16   mor chores..

17:30 Dinner/ spicy Koren stew

I tried to eat healthier sice I ate a lot of junk food yesterday. 🙂
