December 25th / Christams day!!

I got up feeling still somewhat out of it but I found a card on the kitchen counter from my hubby. It is so sweet of him! It was a nice way to start a great Christams day. 🙂 We don”t have any plans yet. Maybe some stroll in the park or something since it is going to be a nice day today. 🙂

My morning ritual Day 68

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I could get a winter coat with such a great price yesterday. I am grateful that I got to see a lot of Christams lights last night . I am grateful that I am having a nice peacful Christams day today.

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. Me and hubby spent a half a day in downtown yesterday. We had Misokatsu at a restaurant. We needed to be in a line to get in but it was totally worth it!! The miso got sweet and salty taste to it. The coating of katus was still crispy and the park was sooooo juicy! All of them was on steamed rice. It was such a perfection!! I enjoyed every bite of it!! 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes           I did 25 minutes HIIT

4) Meditation                                I did 6 minutes meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude

Dear, the stuff at a clothes shop

Even though the store was packed with people, all the empoyee were really helpful and attentive. Especially the stuff in the fitting room checked up on me if I needed a different size or not. I was so lucky to find a coat that I have wanted the kinf of style for a long time!! The price was unbeatable!! I really apprecite it. 🙂
