December 28th / 12 hours sleep!!

I have been having a sleeping problem for months and I finally crashed last night. I pretty much lost consious around 6pm. I woke up a few time to go to the bathroom but when I finally decided to get up, that was almost 6am!! I have never slept that much in my life!!! I guess my body really needed it….

My morning ritual Day 71

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I feel rested. I am grateful that he got no work today so we can spend a whole day together . I am grateful that I feel way better than last night

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. I stayed all day yesterday. It had been a while since I had some time for doing nothing. Sometimes I was just looking at the senery though the window.. It was really nice actually. I need the kind of time once in a while…  🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes         Did 35 kick boxing

4) Meditation                               I did 4 minutes with my eyes closed

5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude

Dear, the flowers

It is such soothing to see the flowers. It puts me in a soft mood. I like having flowers at hime. Thank you so much for lasting long so I can enjoy more!!🙂

6)Do one small thing for generosity     I let him sleep in..

How is my day going so far

6:00 Got up/ Soy latte

7:00 prework out snack / banana

7:30 did kick boxing

9:00 teach

9:30 Breakfast/ miso soup, rice, egg, spinich and sausage

10:30 went to the mall

13:00 Lunch/ rice ball, fried chicken, potato salad, coffee

19:00 dinner/ Tofu and egg soup
