January 1st / Great food & friends

Nothing better than having great food and friends at the same time! Me and my hubby were invited to my friends house. My friend and her husband prepared all the food on the table! I had a super blast yesterday!!

My morning ritual day 75

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful for having great friends. I am grateful for all the food they made yesterday. I am grateful that I try not to hang onto something I cannot change.

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. The day was more than perfect. The food was all delicious. I usually don’t drink but I really enjoyed the wine as well. We were chatting, eating and drinking for 4 hours!!! It went so fast! I got so sleepy with all the food and drink and went to bed 6pm!! slept like a baby 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes         did 30 minutes kick boxing

4) Meditation                               I did 6 minutes meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude

I had such a great time at your place yesterday! You are such a great hostess. You made sure everything went great. You are always so sweet and generous. I am so lucky to have you as my friend. Hope we will get together very soon. 🙂

6)Do one small thing for generosity    I bought him a little thing

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up/ Soy latte

6:30 prework out snack/ yogurt and banana

7:00 kick boxing

8:30 breakfast/ rice, miso soup, vegies and egg

10:00 went out for picnic and shopping

12:00 lunch at the park/ egg sandwiches , tuna salad, apples

18:00 Korean spicy soup
