January 4th / Woke up on the wrong side

I woke up feeling off this morning. No motivation to do whatsoever but especially when I feel this way, I try to keep myself busy.. plus doing my morning ritual helps me as well..

My morning ritual day 78

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I had a 9-hour sleep. I am grateful that I will get to swim today . I am grateful that I have a strength for not being a victim of my own thoughs.

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. It was cold yesterday so I had deicded to stay in. I didn’t do anything really. The time flew rather slow.. I watch the view though the window.. then went bacl to read a book.. It was so peaceful and clam.. I need the kind of time sometimes.. just letting myself be..🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes         I did one of the total body yoga and swam for 30 min

4) Meditation                               I did 6 minutes meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude     I cleaned  the mess he made

6)Do one small thing for generosity    not yet

How is my day going so far

4:30 Got up/ Soy latte

6:30 yoga

8:00 Breakfast/ rice, tofu, broccolis and egg

9:00 teach

11:30 pre workout snack

12:30-14:00 swam and enjoyed the spa

14:30 Lunch/ New years food left over, rice ball

18:30 dinner/ Tofu soup
