I have increased the intake of my Chinese medicine. I can sleep longer now but at the same time, it seems like I feel a bit more tired and depressed… I like rested physically but I don’t like the way I feel after sleeping a lot.. I guess I should try seeing how many hours would be a good balance for me..
My morning ritual day 78
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I woke up energized and motivated. I am grateful that I have a whole day to do what I like . I am grateful that I am getting better at thinking positively.
2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. I went to the spa yesterday. It was cold outside so I felt like my whole body was frozen. After stepping in the sauna, my body started to melt.. Naturally, I felt asleep.. It was nice to feel the warm all of my body.
3)Exercise for 15 minutes Ran 3 miles and yoga in the afternoon
4) Meditation I did 6 minutes meditation with audio
5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude
Dear, the bus company in Kariya city
Even though still in the middle of the new years holiday, your company was running yesterday. It was so nice to have a free transportation that is so reliable. Because of the bus system, I can go to all over the city for free. I really appreciate it!Thank you!!🙂

9:30 Breakfast/ rice, miso soup, salmon, pumpkin, salad
12;30 lunch/ English muffin with coconut oil, boiled egg
15:00 40 minutes yoga
17:30 dinner/ Korean soup and apple
