January 6th / Feeling off

I have been feeling off the past few days. I try to shake it off but the feeling comes back. When I feel thsi way, I try not to push myself  much… I read books , watch tv etc.. keep it simple and something easy… hoping that this feeling will go away soon..

My morning ritual day 79

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I am already done with today’s workout. I am grateful that I found the book I have been reading . I am grateful that I am fit enough to do advance workout program.

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. I stayed in all day long yesterday. It was super cold and windy outside but the sun was beating so the room was warm. I read, wrote and fell asleep… it was so peaceful… 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes         I already did 30 minutes Pilates

4) Meditation                               I did 6 minutes meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude    

Dear, coconut oil

I love coconut oil! I use it as a moisturizer for my hands and conditioner for my hair. I put some on a toast.. I sometimes put around my eyes as well. It is so useful and all natural! Thank you!!

6)Do one small thing for generosity   I helped him with his laundry

How is my day going so far

4:30 Got up/ Soy latte

5:00 30 minutes Pilates

7:00 breakfast/ Rice, egg, vegies, tofu, fish balls

10:00 Went to downtown

11:00 Lunch at Sushi restaurant

12:00-14:00 shopping

15:00 took a bath

18:00 Dinner/ Chicken tomato soup, salad, fruits
