January 7th / Hit the 80th day

I cannot believe that I have been practicing this morning ritual for 80 straight days! The more I do, the stonger I notice the positive effect from it. It really grounds me where I am supposed to be.  I make sure every morning to do this practice even though I don’t want to do anything. 🙂

My morning ritual day 80

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I got to eat great sushi yesterday. I am grateful to my husband for teaching me how to be positive. I am grateful that I am motivated to write stories again.

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours.  I usually only take a shower but  I took a bath yesterday. The water felt so good. I could feel my body was melting in the warm water. I read a book in there.. When I got out, I felt refreshed and my body was warm from the core! It was so nice. 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes         Ran 30 minutes

4) Meditation                               I did 6 minutes meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone to express gratitude    

Dear, the stuff member at the sushi restaurant    You got the greatest smile. You were so polite and professional as well. I really enjoyed the food as well as the atomosphere. I will come back again soon. Thank you! 🙂

6)Do one small thing for generosity    helped him with some chore

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up/ Soy latte

6:30 Pre workout snack/ kiwi yogurt

7:00  Ran 30 minutes

8:30 Breakfast/ rice, miso soup, vegies, salmon, egg and apples

10:00 teach

11:30 Doctor’s appointment

14:00 lunch/ PB sandwich, stream sweet potato

16:00 snack/ some chocolate

18:00 Dinner/ Baked chicken and avocado salad
