January 8th / Too cold to work out outside

I like working out outside but it has been getting colder and colder each day. because of that, I have changed my monthly goals a bit. I have reduced outside activities and increased inside ones instead. I would have to wait at least a couple of months.. 🙁

My morning ritual day 81

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I could sleep well without any pills. I am grateful I got a half a day to do the things I enjoy . I was in control over my appetite even though I felt like pigging out.

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. I finished another book yesterday! It was so nice to feel some accomplishment. I really enjoyed the book along the way as well. 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes         Did 30 minutes yoga and 30 minutes HIIT

4) Meditation                               I did 12 minutes meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude    

Dear, the shuttle bus company, Your drivers always drive so safely. I often use the bus since it is free. I really appreciate the system. Thank you so much! 🙂

6)Do one small thing for generosity    I donated this morning

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up/ Soy latte

5:30 Pre workout snack/ banana

6:30 yoga

7:00 Breakfast/ rice. salmon, tofu, broccolies , egg and yogrut

8:30 took a nap

10:00 30 minutes HIIT

11:00 Snack/ sweet potato

12:00 teach

13:30 Lunch/ salad, boiled egg, grilled cheese sandwich, nuts and some chocolate

18:00 Dinner/ Beef and vegetable
