My appetite has been crazy recently. No matter how much I eat, I feel like I cannot get it enough. I still try to eat healthy food as much as possible but I need to eat great amount of food in order to feel somewhat full.. I feel like I got a hole in my stomach….Not sure what’s going on!!
My morning ritual day 85
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I have a whole day to myself to do whatever I want. I am grateful that I can entertain myself. I am grateful that I get to do yoga every day.
2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. I had a great ice cream at the mall yesterday. It was so chocolaty! It got hezel nut chocolate ice cream inside and chocolate covered outside! It really satisfied my chocolate craving!! I would love to get it again. 🙂
3)Exercise for 15 minutes Did total body yoga already! did Pilates in the afternoon,
4) Meditation I did 6 minutes meditation with audio
5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude
Dear Soy milk,I love soy milk! It got a rich and think favour. I make sure to have some every day. It is one of my main food groups. I cannot live without it!!
6)Do one small thing for generosity I did all the housework today
How is my day going so far
4:00 Got up/ Soy latte
4:30 30 minutes total body yoga
6:00 Breakfast/ Soy quiche, apples, yogurt
10:00 power nap
11:30 Lunch/ Vegies, beans, Tofu, salmon, peanuts and dark chocolate
12;30-15:00 painting, writing and reading
16:00 took a bath
17:30 Dinner/ Egg salad, vegies and chicken
