January 13th / Watercolor Painting

It has been a while since I painted watercolor. I used to paint almost daily. I am still a little rusty but I really enjoyed it. I used to have parakeets when I was a child. I always have a good feeling towards them. They are so tiny intelligent creatures!! I really like them. 🙂

My morning ritual day 86

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I really enjoyed painting watercolor again. I am grateful that my eyes feel better( They were so blurry last night). I am grateful that I am able to keep the routine.

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. I was sitting by the window reading yesterday. The outside was freezing cold but the inside was warm and the sun coming through the window. It was so peaceful and nice… 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes         did kickboxing and 10 minutes yoga in the evening

4) Meditation                               I did 6 minutes meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude    

Dear Amy, I use your exercise video all the time. You make me motivated. All of your programs fit my level and very challenging! I love it! You are awesome! Thank you. 🙂

6)Do one small thing for generosity    I did most of house work

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up/ Soy latte

6:30 Pre workout snack/ banana

8:30 Breakfast/ Tofu quiche

9:00 teach

10:00 went to the mall

11:30 lunch and snack at the mall
