January 14th / Yoga 30days challenge

I have been doing yoga for 4 years. I know how much beneficial it can be both mentally and physically. Since I cannot do exercise outside, I have decided to do yoga every day for the next 30days! I did day 1 yesterday. I have never done like this so I am curious if I would discover something or not. I wil see what happens. 🙂

My morning ritual day 87

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I dont need to go out in the snow. I am grateful that I got a lot of time to do the activities that I enjoy. I am grateful that I try to be the best I can be each day.

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. Since my husband got off early, we met up at the mall. We ate so much food! Had a big Chinese food for lunch and ice cream and cake.. We were browsing the stores and the people.. it was a lot of fun!  Since it was Friday, the mall was not crowded. It was nice…🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes         daily yoga and some caradio in the afternoon.

4) Meditation                               I did 6 minutes meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude    

Dear hot lemon water, I know not only the taste is good, but also it is healthy. It warms my body when it is cold! It got such a refleshing taste. I would drink though a day before but I ust started to drink first thing in the morning instead of caffein. 🙂

6)Do one small thing for generosity    did some housework for us

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up/ Hot lemon water

6:00 soy late / Yoga day 2

8:00 breakfast/ tofu and egg omollet, yogurt, apples

9:00 teach

10:00 30 munites HIIT

11:30 Lunch/ noodle and some nuts

12:30 painting

14:30 snack/ some chocolate

15:00 watching a movie

17:00 Dinner/ Tuna salad, vegies and tofu
