January 17th / Eating slowly

I have been trying to eat slowly recently but it is just easy for me. I am a faster eater. What I tried yesterday was using a clock. I took more than 30 minutes to finish my each meal. Once in a while, I totally put down my fork and waited a minute or two. It was uncomfortable but it kept me from overeating. Once I was done, I was not interested in eating dessert or anything else. I really want to master this practice.

My morning ritual day 90

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that the weather should be warmer today. I am grateful that I could sleep a lot. I am grateful that I can keep up with my routine.

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. Me and my hubby went to the mall near our apartment to watch people. It was so much fun! We were sitting in a couch watching people go by. It was so interesting. I like not doing anything but being sometimes. It was so nice.🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes         did my daily yoga and Pilates today

4) Meditation                               I did 6 minutes meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude    

Dear the auther Banana Yoshimoto, I have been reading your books and I realy enjoy your work a lot! I am addicted to reading. It is such a big part of my life. You are one of my favorite authers. I appreciate  your great work !!🙂

6)Do one small thing for generosity  I cleaned the floor

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up/ Hot lemon water

5:00 soy late / Pilates

7:00 Breakfast/ Tofu quiche, yogurt and kiwi

9:00 teach

10:00 Snack/ apple pie and ice cream

11:00 left for downtown

12:00 Lunch Tempura at the restaurant

14:30 Snack/ a few pieces of chocolate

15:30 Took a bath

18:00 Dinner/ Chicken salad
