Yesterday’s diet

what I ate yesterday:

For breakfast, I only had two glasses of water and a glass of orange juice, as I woke late and prefer drinking in the mornings. 

Lunch was supposes to be a ham and cheese wrap but I only had half of it.

I made a spris (which is a layered smoothie) as a snack with avocado, mango and papaya and drank that. 

Tea was pork ribs, sweetcorn and mushrooms, but I gave the ribs to my brother as they are fatty. Later on, I had an avocado milkshake.

I feel better now that I’m losing Christmas weight.
