January 19th/ break from the cold weather

It has been a bit warmer after the last weekend. I try to go outside even a short time. I got to run and did pretty good..The sun is so nice but it is so windy here… the wind is so freezing cold.. cannot wait for the spring coming!! 🙂

My morning ritual day 92

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I became feeling a bit better after meditation . I am grateful that I have off this morning. I am grateful for Jazz music.

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. Me and my hubby went to a shrine near our apartment. We sat in a bench eating some sweet and enjoying the sun.. After that we took a stroll. I like the shrine. It got such a nice peaceful atmosphere. 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes         Did my daily yoga

4) Meditation                               I did 10 minutes meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude    

Dear my new bed sheet. It is so cute!! I love it. It is a fussy winter one so super warm! I can sleep so well in there.Thank you so much!!🙂

6)Do one small thing for generosity  I did his landry

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up/ Hot lemon water

5:00 soy late / Daily yoga day 7

6:30 breakfast/ soy cake, yogrut, apples

9:00 Snack/ sweet potato

12:00 Lunch/ Chicken salad, nuts

15:00 a few pieces of chocolate

17:30 dinner/ Salmon and vegie soup
