TGIF! Yay! Just hope it goes by fast. I’m beat. I didn’t get much sleep last night. I don’t know what’s wrong but every other day I’m unable to sleep. I’ll wake up between 10pm-1am and can’t fall back to sleep right away. Been happening for the last few years. Sometimes when I shut my eyes they still feel open. I don’t want to go on a sleeping pills and have to depend on it. I take Zzquil now and then. Mostly nights I don’t have work the next day. I hate insomnia. Seems to run in the family. My sisters have same problem. But neither of them work. They can sleep all day if they want. Unlike myself I have work and want to just take a nap but I don’t have that choice. Well here’s to Friday.🍺

  1. Try imagining things when you try to fall asleep – it helps me, although all I can imagine is sheep with various genetic mutations.
    But besides that I tire myself with walks before bed, and then try to keep me from sleeping and I’ll claw your eyeballs out.
