I went jogging yesterday. It’s one of a very efficient ways to burn calories. No expensive equipment to buy. I can enjoy time with myself and get my self away from notebook/iPad. In addition, it teaches me to never give up and also makes me strong.
After a certain amount of time you get the runners high (at least 30 minutes) which his a real reward for exercising.
These are a few of the reasons I love jogging. I also love working out in the gym especially group exercise class. The reason I exercise is for the quality of life I enjoy.
