I always wake up feeling horrible because of nightmares I was having. I usually don’t remember so much of the details of the dreams. but I could recall it so vivitly this morning. I wanted to shake off the feeling so I did yoga the very first thing in the morinng. Yoga calms me down. I am on day 9th, almost one -third of the 30 days yoga challege is over. 🙂
My morning ritual day 94
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that my hubby could reduce his work hours . I am grateful that it didn’t rain while I was out yesterday. I am grateful that I had a good time doing some shopping yesterday.
2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. After coming back from grocery shopping, me and my hubby stopped by the park near our apartment to enjoy the sun light. We sat there talking for a little while. The wind was calm and I felt so nice.. very peaceful..
3)Exercise for 15 minutes Did my daily yoga already!
4) Meditation I did 6 minutes meditation with audio
5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude
Dear the Tulips, Tulips are my favorite flowers. I bought while ones yesterday. They are so cute and bright up the whole room. They are sensitive but strong. I put them on my desk so I can look at them all the time. I really apprecite the beaty! 🙂
6)Do one small thing for generosity not yet

8:30 Snack/ Sweet potato
12:00 lunch/ Salad, bolied egg, peanuts
15:00 some chocolate
17:00 Dinner/ deep fried pork, brocolies and cabbage
