January 22nd / Being a homebody

I have not felt like going out recetnly. I mostly spend time reading, writing and painting at home. I am so luncky that I have a lot of hobbies to enjoy at home. As far as exercise goes, I do yoga daily and some core exerise at home. I wish I could do some cardio but cannot do really at home… I am thinking to take a break from intense exercise for the rest of month. I will be able to go to the pool again next month. Cannot wait!! 🙂

My morning ritual day 95

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I got to read a lot yesterday. I am grateful that I could be a bit easy on myself. I am grateful that I was under control over my appetite yesterday.

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. I was sitting reading and writing by the window. I was looking at the tuplis that I bought the other day.. The sun was warm through the window. It was such a peaceful afternoon… 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes         Did my daily yoga and 15 minutes Pilates

4) Meditation                               I did 10 minutes meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude    

Dear the Miffy, I really like Miffy! She is the cutest charactor. I have been collecting Miffy’s items. Cannot wait to go to Netherlands this spring to visit her town!! 🙂

6)Do one small thing for generosity  I gave him some of my food

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up/ Soylatte

5:30 Daily yoga day 10

7:30 Breakfast/ Soy cake, apples, yogurt

1o-14:30 Zoo

10:30 Lunch / rice ball, Tuna salad, boiled egg

13:00 Chocolate and nuts

17:00 Dinner/ Korean Pork Stew
