January 26th / Face exercise

I have been doing face exericse for a few weeks. Like other parts of muscle, it gets sore. It is kinda tiring to do..but I dont want to have a soggy face.. 🙁 Hope I will see some result soon.

My morning ritual day 99

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I could fall alseep without a pill last night. I am grateful that the weather should be nicer today. I am grateful for my health

2) Write one positive experice within 24 hours. For my mental health, I try to be in the sun as much as possible, otherwise, I get depressed. Me and my hubby took a stroll to a store. We went around so we could get the sun light.. It was warm and nice. 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes         Did my daily yoga already !

4) Meditation                               I did 9 minutes meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude    

Dear stuff at the store.You all were so attentive and professional. The attitude was by the book. there was nothing to complain about. It was such amazing hospitality. It was such a pleasant experience. Thank you!!🙂

6)Do one small thing for generosity  I did his laundry

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up/ Soylatte

5:30 Daily yoga day 14

6:30 Breakfast/ banana, yogurt, soy cake

10:00 lunch/ rice and sea weed, sausage, egg, broccolis and tofu salad

12:00 Snack/ some chocolate

12-14:00 Going to stores

14:30 snack/ sweet potato

17:00 Dinner/ meat and salad
