January 27th / 100th day!!

Today is the 100th day of my morning ritual. The first 3 weeks was tough but after that it became natural to do the first thing in the morning. It has been a huge help in my life. I intend to continue as long as possible.

My morning ritual day 100

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I am persistent to do my morning ritual.I am grateful for everything I have in my life. I am grateful for being able to snap out of the dark place.

2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours.me and my hubby were taking stroll in the neighborhood yesterday. We walked around 3 miles. The sun was warm and very nice.

3)Exercise for 15 minutes Did my daily yoga already! and kickboxing!

4) Meditation   I did 15 minutes meditation with audio

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude

Dear stuff at the doctors office.Thank you for being able to change my appointment time. I really appreciate you could accommodate it for me. Thank you!

6)Do one small thing for generosity I gave him my cakes. 🙂

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up/ Soy latte

5:30 Daily yoga day 14

7:30 Breakfast/ apples, yogurt, egg

10:0o Snack/ sweet potato and some chocolate

11:30 30 munites kickboxing exercise

13:00 Lunch/ Sticky rice and some nuts

17:30 Dinner/ chicken and tofu salad
