I had been reducing carb intake for a week or two. What I got was the feeling of depression. I increased some yesterday and felt better. I won’t cut back on carb anymore. I just try not to overeat. I would rather feel better than losing a few pounds. Carb really helps me feel good.
My morning ritual day 101
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I got to do kick boxing yesterday.I am grateful the weather should be good today. I am grateful for being able to be out a bit yesterday.
2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours.I felt so tired in the eveving after doing a lot of stuff. I curled up in the bed just watching TV. It was so realxing and that was excatly what I needed. It is nice to be kind to myself. 🙂
3)Exercise for 15 minutes Did my daily yoga already! 3miles jog
4) Meditation I did yoga meditation for 6 minutes.
5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude
Dear Tim, Thank you for uploading yoga videos! I am on day 16 myself. This is the first time to do yoga every day like this. I have been practing for a long time. It is nice to go back to the basic. Thank you for your work!
6)Do one small thing for generosity I did his laundry. 🙂

5:30 Daily yoga day 16
pre workout snack/ Yogurt and granola
7:30 Jog 3 miles
10:00 Branch/ rice and sea weed, chicken and egg salad
12-14:30 reading and writing in the park
14:30 Snack/ English muffin with coconut oil
17:00 dinner/ Meat and vegies soup
