I have been reading a lot lately. It is a perfect way to spend at home when it is cold outside. I didnt like reading when I was a little girl. I am so grateful that I have leanred over the years how enjoyable reading can be. I cannot imagine the life without books. 🙂
My morning ritual day 103
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that I got to see some arts yesterday.I am grateful it was warm enough to have picnic yesterday. I am grateful that carb has been helping me to feel better.
2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours.The weather was nice yesteday. me and hubby went to the park. We saw nagoya castel there. We took a long stroll, played cards and had picnic. It was such a nice peaceful Sunday. That is the way I want to spend my weekends whenever the weather is allowed. 🙂
3)Exercise for 15 minutes Did my daily yoga already!
4) Meditation I did yoga meditation for 6 minutes.
5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude
Dear the Sunway stuff, I appecite how reliable the system is. It is always on time. It is clean , safe and covers all over the city. I am so grateful that we have subway here. Thank you so much!🙂
6)Do one small thing for generosity I made cookies for us. 🙂

4:00 Got up/ Soy latte
4:30 Daily yoga day 18
7:00 pre workout snack/ banana soy scorns
9:00 Breakfast/ Yogurt and granola, boiled egg
11:00 Lunch/ Noodle with chicken
12:30 Snack/ honey toast and PB cockies
