I have an appointment at the doctor’s office today. But I am not sure if I want to go or not. The medication hasnt been that much of the help rectenly. I am getting tired of taking meds. I am wondering what would happen if I didnt take at all.. I am not feeling well anyways what’s the diffrence?? Prehaps I could try out diffrent one..
My morning ritual day 104
1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude
I am grateful that the soy latte made me feel a bit better.I am grateful I am still sticking with my morning routine even though I am not feeling good. I am grateful that I could skip dinner yestetday.
2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours. I made PB cookies from scrach yesterday. They were so warm,chewey and buttery.. very tasty! Since I ate too much I needed to skip dinner but they were worth it! 🙂
3)Exercise for 15 minutes Did my daily yoga already! I did 25 minutes Pilates as well
4) Meditation I did meditation for 6 minutes.
5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude
Dear Libraries in Nagoya city! I really apprecite that I get to read English books. Since there are good numbers of books, I dont need to buy any on my own. Thank you !
6)Do one small thing for generosity I treated myself with PB sandwich at night. 🙂

6:00 pre workout snack/ Yogurt with granola, apples
8:30 Breakfast/ Rice, vegies, sauage and eggs
10:30 Doctor’s appointment
12:30 Lunch/ rice, vegies and pork, Tofu salad
15:00 Snack/ some chocolate
18:00 Dinner/ English muffin with PB
