Feburary 1st/ New medication

I saw my doctor yesterday. I told him that my meds were not working. He gave me new one to try out how it helps me. I took it yesterday. It is too early to tell if it is good or not. Hope I will feel better.

My morning ritual day 105

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I managed to see my doctor even though I didn’t want to.I am grateful I did a lot of editing done yesterday. I am grateful that I am not a material person.

2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours. I had some really good chocolate yesterday. I am so addicted to chocolate now. I eat some every day. It has be a good quality one. Unfortunately I don’t like Japanese one so I always get one made in Europe. 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes Did my daily yoga already! Planning on doing DVD exercise

4) Meditation   I did  meditation for 6 minutes.

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude

Dear Peanut better, I love PB! I cannot live without it. It just tastes so good… creamy and buttery… It melts in my month. 🙂

4:00 Got up/ Soy latte

4:30 Daily yoga day 20

6:00 pre workout snack/ Sweet potato and tea

9:00 breakfast/ Soy quiche

9:30 teach

11:00 Lunch/ rice, pork, salmon vegies

13:00 Snack/ ice cream

15-17:00 Writing and reading

17:00 Dinner/ egg, avocado salad, some toast
