Feburary 2nd/ Yoga 30 days challenge 10days to go

I have been doing yoga for 20 days straight every morning. It is not easy to be persistent but there are a lot of benefits. I don’t have a backache now. My muscles get loosen up. It is definitely good mentally as well.  It is a great way to start a day. 🙂

My morning ritual day 106

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I got out of the house a bit.I am grateful I had a good workout yesterday. I am grateful that I didn’t give in the temptation .

2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours. I had such tasty ice cream yesterday at the mall. It was a combination of vanilla and chocolate. The taste was strong. It satisfied my crave for sweet. It was such a nice treat. 🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes Did my daily yoga

4) Meditation   I did  meditation for 9 minutes.

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude

Dear Jacky,  I really enjoyed your workout. It made me sweat so much. My body is sore today. Thank you!🙂

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up/ Soy latte

4:30 Daily yoga day 21

6:30 Pre workout / granola with yogurt, apples and boiled egg

9:30 Breakfast/ English muffin with coconut oil

12:00 Lunch at Sushi restaurant

14:00 Classical concert

16:00 some chocolate

18:00 Tofu spicy soup
