I got so anxious this afternoon and I was such a bundle of nerves that I had two slices of deep dish pizza and two ice cream cones with chocolate and vanilla. It was so good, but so bad for me. I didn’t realize until today that I eat not just when I’m sad or happy, I also eat when I’m anxious. Amazingly I’m still the same weight I was since November, I even lasted through Christmas and Thanksgiving dinner. I actually finished my studying today, even if it’s a bit late… I’m not so much anxious anymore, but I think Friday is a good day for maybe some tea and a good shower with extra lavender around my pillow especially when I sleep.(Lavender is good for relaxation)
