Feburary 5th/ Getting off the medication

My doctor changed my medicine a few days ago but I have not seen that much of the improvement in my mood. I have been on meds since September. It has been that good considering.. I have decided to be off for a while to see if there is any difference or not. Overall, I don’t want to depend on anything. I feel like my doctor just wants to prescribe some to make money.. I know exercise helps my mood. I will try to be active as much as possible to lift up my mood. 

My morning ritual day 109

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful I could fix the clogged pile.I have a strength to stick with things. I am grateful that I am self-disciplined.

2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours. Me and my hubby had a picnic in the park yesterday. It was a spring like day. We had lunch and played card on a picnic sheet. It was such relaxing.  🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes Did my daily yoga and Pilates

4) Meditation   I did  meditation for 6 minutes.

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude

Dear water, I cannot live without water. I always take it for granted. I love drinking water!  Thank you!!🙂

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up/ Soy latte

4:30 Daily yoga day 24

7:00 Tofu donuts and coffee

11:00 Vegies, chicken and noodle

13:00 a lot of snack as playing games at home.
