Feburary 6th/ The importance of feeling an achievement

I believe that having some small goals is so critical for me. It does not have to be a big one, maybe just watching a movie counts. I am on a lot of projects and I feel like I just want to quit some of them since I don’t enjoy much. But I know I will be glad and proud of myself when I achieve them. I really need to be working on something knowing that I am at least doing something. That keeps me saint and less depressed.

My morning ritual day 110

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful I got to play a lot of games yesterday. I am grateful that I could work out well.I am grateful for all the food I had yesterday.

2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours. It was raining all day long yesterday so  we stayed in playing games all day long. We had a lot of snacks as well. It was fun to pig out on sweet food once in a while to treat myself. It was a lot of fun.  🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes Did my daily yoga and did 35 minutes kick boxing

4) Meditation   I did  meditation for 6 minutes.

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude

Dear online games, I am not a big fun of games but I really had a great time yesterday. It is so nice there are so many games available online. I cannot wait to play again. 🙂

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up/ Soy latte

4:30 Daily yoga day 25

7:00 Pre workout snack/ banana yogurt

10:00 Breakfast/ salmon, rice, vegies

13:30 Lunch at the park/ egg sandwich and avocado salad

15:00 snack/ sweet potato and chocolate

18:00 dinner/ chicken tofu soup
