Feburary 8th/ Going to Spa

I have been hibernating recently. It is just so hard to go out because of the cold weather. But I am going to Spa to swim and enjoy the sauna today. I just want to do something active today since I would not be able to go out tomorrow because of the snow.. I am so sick of the weather though…. This winter has been pretty tough on me… 🙁

My morning ritual day 112

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful for feeling better. I am grateful that I am motivated to go out.I am grateful the weather should be better today.

2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours. I was feeling weird all day yestetday. I let myself rest and stayed in bed for most of the time, watching TV and reading books. It is nice to do that once in a while..🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes Did my daily yoga swam for 35 minutes

4) Meditation   I did  meditation for 6 minutes.

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude

Dear my favorite TV shows, I dont watch TV much but when I feel like I just want to chill, watching TV is the best way to empty my mind. Thank you! 🙂

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up/ Soy latte

4:30 Daily yoga day 27

8:00 Breakfast/ rice miso soup, egg, sausage, broccolis

10:00 went to a art museum

11:30 Pre workout/ banana granola with yogurt, nuts

12-14:30 at the spa

15:00 lunch/ rice ball, tuna salad, boiled egg, apples

16:00 snack/ cream puff
