Feburary 9th/ Spa Day

I went to the spa yesterday. I had a blast! It had been over a month since I went there last. I would love to go there once a week from now on. 🙂

My morning ritual day 113

1) Write down 3 acts of gratitude

I am grateful that I could skip dinner. I am grateful that I got a whole day to work on stuff.I am grateful that I have a warm place to be.

2)Write one positive experience within 24 hours. I was a perfect 35 minutes. I was swimming without any thoughts in my head.. Just listening my own breathing.. my heart was pounding like crazy but enjoying the feeling. It was so nice..🙂

3)Exercise for 15 minutes Did my daily yoga and did 30 munites HIIT

4) Meditation   I did  meditation for 16 minutes.

5)Write a letter to someone or something to express gratitude

Dear caffeine, without caffeine, I cannot start a day. It makes me feel so good and energized.. I cannot live without it! I wish I could drink all day long… thank you!! 🙂

How is my day going so far

4:00 Got up

5:00 pre workout snack/ apple, yogurt and soy latte

6:30 Daily yoga day 28

8:00 Breakfast/ Rice, miso and vegies

9:00 teach

10:00 HIIT

11:00 Snack/nuts and orange

12-13:00 Writing

13-15:00 watched a movie

16:00 Dinner/ tufu salad, chicken, egg, pumpkin, vegies
